    Anyone who has ever been to the Fischleintal valley in Sexten will never forget this special corner of the world.

    Here, in the Three Peaks Natural Park in the Sexten Dolomites, nature is not withholding with its wild and enchanting charms! Along the 4.5 km trail between Bad Moos and the Talschlusshütte hut, you will be spoilt again and again with very special views. Colourful flower meadows at the foot of rugged rock faces. Dense larch forests against the unique backdrop of the Sexten Sundial. The Fischleintal stream, which meanders along its snow-white limestone path in shimmering turquoise tones. And within reach, the peaks of the Sexten Dolomites. The picturesque Fischleintal valley is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and is the quickest way to reach the Three Peaks.

    The traffic regulation in the Fischleintal valley is valid from 06/09/-10/13/2024.

    The traffic regulation in the Fischleintal valley applies to all cars, campers, motorbikes and trucks. For the period of the traffic regulation from 06/09 – 10/13/2024, we therefore recommend travelling with the Fischleintal Shuttle Val Fiscalina (line 440).

    In the period from 06/09 – 10/13/2024 the Fischleintal valley can only be reached with the Fischleintal Shuttle Val Fiscalina (line 440). Before and after this period, the Fischleintal valley can be reached with the public bus line 446.

    The Fischleintal Shuttle Val Fiscalina (line 440) starts at the entrance of the village Sexten from the bus stop „Anderter“ and stops at all public stops in Sexten -Moos -Fischleintal -Kreuzbergpass. For visitors from outside Sexten, we recommend to change from bus line 446 to bus line 440 at the bus stop “Helmbahnen” next to the Helmjet Sexten cable car.

    There is no reservation required for the Fischleintal Shuttle Val Fiscalina (line 440). Daily tickets are available on the bus and payed by cash only. For guests staying in Sexten, the SextenCard is valid, for holders of the Südtirol Pass (in all versions) the provincial tariff applies.

    The Daily ticket for adults (starting from 6 years) and dogs are available at a price of 5,00€ / 4,00€ directly on the bus.

    There are rest stops and bicycle parking areas at regular intervals along the valley cycle path.

     

    The Fischleintal valley can be reached on foot via hiking trail no.102.

    The Fischleintal valley can be reached on foot via hiking trail no. 102. From there the hike can be continued to the Zsigmondyhütte hut, Büllelejochhütte hut and Drei Zinnen Hütte hut.

    You can find the current timetable at https://www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/ . The last ride from Fischleintal to Sexten takes place at 19:42. The tickets can be purchased directly on the bus for 5,00€.

    From 06/09 -10/13/2024 the Fischleintal valley can only be reached by the Fischleintal Shuttle Val Fiscalina (line 440) on foot by bike or - with the exception of temporary closures in the time from 9 am - 4 pm - by car. Work is still in progress on a passage by showing a valid passage permit. For cars, the free parking space at the cable car station Helmjet in Sexten is recommended.
